Ordering and Shipping Information

We ship world wide!

Shipping for U. S. customers:

Normally we ship using the United States Postal Service. On occasion we ship using United Parcel Service. Packages going to PO boxes can ONLY be shipped by US mail.

We ship overnight. After you have placed your order, immediately send us an email or call us requesting overnight service. It will be no problem. See NOTE below...

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be displayed when your order is placed. Shipping charges are automatically configured by the U.S.P.S based on shipping method selected and weight.

Please NOTE: In the case of multiple shipments for an order additional shipping charges may apply. We have multiple warehouses across the United States. Due to logistics, some warehouses cannot ship using U.S.P.S and can only use U.P.S.. Although most of our shipping is done using U.S.P.S., there may be a shipment that will be sent using U.P.S.. Please be assured that ALL packages will be sent discretely. If you have ordered multiple orders, overnite orders may not be able to be expedited if they have to be shipped from different warehouses. Should this be the case, we will e-mail you to discuss your options.

If you live outside of the continental United States then you should:

Go ahead and place your order.

We will then be able to determine based on what you have ordered the size and weight of the shipping package.

Then we will then be able to calculate the shipping cost. We will send you an email telling you of the various shipping methods and cost.

When you email us back with your choice of shipping we will ship your order

All packages are shipped Discreetly. We ship using plain brown boxes or Priority Mail boxes. The return address will read JCIMI.

When you get your credit card statement it will read JCIMI not Janets Closet.
