How to measure your stocking size.
1. Find your Weight in lbs or kgs.
2. Find you height in inches or cm.
3. Cross reference the two to find the size that will fit you.

How to select proper size breast forms:

If you haven't already done so you must determine your bra and cup size.
Match rows and columns in the conversion chart below to your bra and cup size to determine the proper size prostheses for your needs.

How to measure your bra size:

Measure around your ribs, just below your bust keeping tape snug - not tight.
Add 4 " to that measurement to get your bra size
If your total is an odd number add 1 (only even sizes are sold)

EXAMPLE: Rib Measurement = 35
                  35 +4 = 39
                  Total is ODD so add 1 = 40
                CORRECT BRA SIZE = 40

How to measure cup size:

Measure over the fullest part of your bust, keep tape level but don't pull tight.
Take measurement from first step and subtract your bra size and use the difference in the chart below.

You can choose the size you desire if that is already known or use the chart below.
